Well, it's been a long time since I've updated. Basically since last November. Overall it's been a decent year. Can't say that the Track season worked out like I wanted it to but Oh Well, what can you do?

One of the biggest pieces of news is Coach Urban's retirement. After the 2005 Track Season Coach Urban stepped down as Head Coach of the Boys and Girls Cross Country and Track teams. Taking his place will be Coach Buys, former Coach of Ridgeview. Coach Buys is an excellent coach and will have no problem filling Curban's shoes. We're going to miss Coach Urban though. He truly inspired a love of running in at least this generation of kids and one couldn't ask for a more kick ass coach.

I guess I'll just do another recap of the 2004-2005 school year b/c there's a lot to write about.
